They were all very accommodating and made us feel welcome and ensured that we enjoyed our stay with their attention and friendly approach. We had access to the Manor and I have to say, the food, the service, especially Briar Zhang was exceptional ,knowledgeable , warm and made great recommendation.It is another thing we loved about our stay there. “Excellent overall experience in the St Regis Shanghai. I was upgraded to a Manor room which was flawless in terms of decor and amenities. I particularly liked the fact that the room had double black-out curtains and that despite being in the center of the city, the rooms were very well sound-proofed hence no noise. Bedding and bahtroom amenities were excellent. I also very much enjoyed the gym/fitness facilities, including a large indoor pool. The gym had both free weights and a separate yoga-stretching room. “Very grand hotel with impressive views I stayed at the St. Regis Jing’an in Shanghai for one night during a business trip. The hotel appears to have been renovated fairly recently and overall feels very grand—lots of marble, chandeliers, and large public spaces. Check-in was busy, and there was a short wait, but the process was handled efficiently with several staff members helping to organize the arriving guests. My room on the 60th floor was spacious and offered impressive views over the Shanghai skyline. The bathroom was also very large and well designed. The hotel has an excellent fitness ” — nicolas ZH
