“The view from the hotel is pretty special. Very high up and can see far and wide. The room is well thought out and spacious and nothing less of what you'd expect from a group like the St Regis. Breakfast was Ok with lots of items to choose from. Food quality isn't bad but nothing to shout about. Check in was a bit chaotic as there were lot of people and it seemed to be a little disorganised. Also, they couldn't give us a room before their usual check in time (3pm which is a bit of a joke to be fair) having got there at 2pm. This is the only reason I gave it a low service rating. “really loved our stay at the St Regis. We travelled as a family of 3 with our 17 month old daughter. We were also travelling with friends who had two children. Upon arrival, the service was excellent. Even whilst in line to check in, Faust Hong was quick to ensure we had everything we needed for our daughter in the room. He was incredibly attentive and helpful! We were checked in by the lovely Kiki Fang who was great and recognised our platinum status.
