Every corner feels like a peaceful heaven designed for Healing. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful, combined with the warmest, intuitive and flawless services led by Kylie and Kyle (the spa manager). The activities was absolutely wonderful. The massage treatments and hair treatments (Zeva Hair spa, done by Yan) were also better than the treatments I have had in multiple luxury hotels in Hong Kong n Asia. “Upper house Cheng Du is the best hotel in town, or one of the best in China. Location and serice are excellent for travellers. I had a great time there, it is right next to Taikoo place, lots of restaurants and bars around it, but the hotel itself, their restaurants are all fantastic, and I especially like to hang out in Jing bar. Sometimes they have yoga class over weekend at their courtyard, highly recommend it. Try their weekend bruch at Tivano, high quality food with free flow option. You should try it, and it is the cheapest upper house among all their hotel. Excellent price, exceptional ” — Hoi Yan Ha

“We booked three upgraded rooms through AMX for a total four-day family trip at the Upper House ChengDu in May 2026. Lots of outdoor space in the hotel, hard to find in the city center. Location is 10/10. Back door leads into a high end shopping center. Lots of food selection cross street from front entrance. We are at three restaurants” — Mike F
