“I thought the Mandarin Oriental, the Four Seasons, or the Peninsula were good, but the Upper House is in my opinion a step above. The rooms are not only generous in size, they are gorgeous, especially the bathrooms. Wow. The layout is logical and atypical, i.e., not boring. I loved the restaurant on the top floor and the library on the same floor was super enticing. The gym is small but absolutely perfect for me.
