“This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From being greeted with wine to ending with a couple of Madeline cookies for the road, it was a 10/10. Nestled away from downtown Nantucket, it was so peaceful and relaxing with stunning bay views. There is shuttle to and from the ferry and to and from town, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, you can use their bikes to head into town. The service was outstanding, they were attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms were pristine and coastal cozy. I was greeted with a warm smile at the front desk where the check-in was effortless, prompt, and finished off with a glass of sparkling wine. Patrice the concierge was a highlight of my stay. She was always smiling and on top of all my needs, addressing me by name each time I passed through the lobby. It was nice to return from a day of adventure to a familiar and friendly face.
