“The room was nice, and more importantly, the room was clean. I enjoyed the pool area as well. Even though it’s indoor, it wasn’t stuffy or smelled of chlorine like indoor pools usually do. The dinner was great. And the elite breakfast was amazing as well. My only dislike was the paid parking. The self parking area wasn’t even covered. “What a wonderful property. From the valet, to check in to cocktail hour to housekeeping service was attentive, friendly and professional. Our rooms were spacious and well decorated. The location is right across the mall, which would also be my only complaint - a wee bit noisy in the late evening. The hotel is beautifully decorated, elegant, and instantly welcoming the moment you walk in. The location is a huge plus. The hotel is within walking distance to Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, and plenty of great restaurants, which made it easy to explore without needing a car. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and professional, which really elevated the stay.
