“Was upgraded to the mile high suite and it was honestly pretty amazing. Top floor, massive apartment, all windows, very nice room. The location was great too. Ordered room service a couple times and it was fantastic. The only thing that was bad is this place was terribly understaffed. I almost missed my flight bc they had literally one valet and one person at the front desk during one of the busiest times of the day (around 3pm) for Explorist & Globalist checkouts and checkins. “Incredible. Booked with Amex Platinum hotel credit for quick staycation. Stayed for my wife's birthday, was upgraded to higher room at check-in. Also had a six pack of beer on ice and macrons waiting for us in our room! On top of that, we were given unlimited minibar ! Super cool. Breakfast and dinner was very good.
