“Amazing property - really unique. The rooms are nice, with a phenomenal view of the lagoon and Torres del Paine complex. The food and drinks are excellent...we loved sipping on bloody Maries and piscos throughout the day. The massages at the spa were on point. The guidance for the excursions could be improved...sometimes we felt lost and if we weren't extra proactive, the hotel wouldn't care if we made the most of our experience or not.” — Alex Gruenberg

“Wow! wow! wow! This hotel is set almost in Torres del Paine national park, but is so cleverly designed that you don't see it until you are close by. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and park from the main living area and from the rooms. They organize excursions around the area - we saw beautiful locations and lots of animals. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is good, and it's one of the most impressive hotels I've ever stayed in (also the most expensive!)” — John Kleeman

“A wonderful surprise, 10/10 for the welcome and service. We came across this hotel by chance while looking for somewhere to warm up on a cold, rainy day in TDP. Even though we weren’t guests, the hotel kindly welcomed us in and generously offered us hot drinks free of charge. I can’t comment on the rooms, but the reception and lounge area, with its beautiful mountain view, was absolutely amazing. Most of all, the staff were exceptional and treated us with the same warmth and care as if we had been staying guests. A perfect example of genuine hospitality.” — Pama Vg
