“This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and fun lobby area. There are many other excellent restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the shower which has a glass "wall" that can't be more than 18 inches wide so water would constantly spray out.” — William Simon

“We stayed for 3-nights in January. The room was fine, but the service received overall was exceptional throughout our stay. While all staff members were great, two stood out - Laylana (waitress at breakfast), and Alfonso (concierge). Thank you both for making our stay that much more pleasant! There was construction happening during our stay, and it sounded like jack hammering during day hours. For the most part we were out all day, but on occasion we went back during the day and the noise was annoying. The other thing was we had a very noisy neighbor. “I wouldn't stay here again. This hotel positions itself as a 5 star hotel via google. It's closer to 2.5 to 3. The only 5 star thing about it is the location and the lobby everything else is rated far lower. The main entrance door men were on their phones the whole time and stood there as people walked past them to open the doors. We had to change rooms two times to find a room with a working AC. Don't book the premier suit if you decide to book. The rooms were subpar with stain on the carpet and walls, peeling wall paper, dirty floor boards and creaking sliding room doors.
