“The hotel has an unbeatable location, and the building itself looks beautiful from the outside. The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was very good. If you can get a riverside seat during breakfast, it is honestly a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. That said, the hotel room is very old. We visited in June and paid over $600, but the interior felt more like a $200 hotel in the US, something around a Hyatt Category 4 level. Because of that, I felt the value for money was not great. Also, when we first entered the hotel, the smell inside was not very pleasant.” — Asuka Langley Soryu

“Room was clean, view was great, service was on point, location top notch (almost everything important is within 5 min radius), breakfast was veeeery nice (options for every diet). The only downside is the smell in the hallway...but homie it is the oldest hotel in Amsterdsm and its not their fault, they need to upgrade the pipe situation in Amsterdam...so not their fault.
