Tower at The Boca Raton

“I just returned and from the moment you arrive till you check out impeccable service. The staff cannot do enough to be helpful! We stayed in the tower in a corner suite which was beautiful with a great view.We ate in the hotel breakfast everyday, again great food and service. I realized I lost my wallet when I returned and again the staff went above to find it, which they did. Can’t wait to return next year. “Disappointing Experience for the Price I recently stayed at The Tower at Boca Raton and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for a property charging around $1,000 per night. The room itself was nice, but not at a level that justified the price, especially given how many basic amenities were missing or required extra fees. We didn’t receive robes in our room (even after requesting them), just a robe tie hanging in the closet. They did provide a complimentary clementine and water bottles but there were no simple in-room touches like tea, a microwave, or anything that made the stay feel t” — Maria Orzechowski
