“We had a bit of a rocky start on our first day at Trisara, and honestly, we were beginning to wonder if we had made the right choice. However, everything changed thanks to Sabina and her incredible team, especially Por, who completely turned our experience around. Their dedication really showed how crucial a strong Guest Relations team is for a property like this. From that moment on, we enjoyed truly wonderful days. The F&B offerings could use some improvement, and service in the restaurants and on the beach would likely benefit from more visible management presence. “From check-in to check-out, the staff were very kind to us and our five children. Even after we had checked out, Trisara staff found us at the airport and kindly helped us with our luggage check-in and guided us smoothly through the airport up to the point before immigration. We were truly impressed. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The Sunday brunch was delicious, and I was especially touched when they played Stevie Wonder’s “I Just Called to Say I Love You” after I requested it.
