“My stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standards I expected from a luxury property. Upon arrival, we were told we had received an upgrade, but it was unclear what the upgrade actually was. While the room was beautiful, it did not appear larger or meaningfully different from what we had booked. From the start, the service felt uncomfortable. The bellhop made it very clear he expected a tip, and I later noticed gratuities being added to the room charges as well.
