The service sets it apart from other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at, the staff truly can’t do enough for you and are all so kind and hardworking. “From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, polished and impressively well‑orchestrated. I’d booked a room that included an upgrade and an amenity; the amenity turned out to be two finger pastries — a modest start, but everything that followed far exceeded expectations. The room was genuinely delightful. The open bath and shower, separated only by soft net curtains, gave the space a chic boutique feel, while the toilet being separate was a practical blessing.
