“It’s a great hotel with all the amenities that you may need. Cool design, very comfortable rooms, spacious areas, the pool was such a nice treat at the end of the day touring the city. The gym was a great surprise as it was the most equipped hotel gym that I have seen from W hotels, I was able to get great workouts in with all the machines and free weights available, this was the best for me. Staff was so professional and prepared to help with any request that we may have. They gave us great recommendations on things to do and restaurants to check out in the area. She even offered to take a picture of my husband and I. Catalina in Jairo - made us feel comfortable, gave great recommendations regarding food choices at breakfast.
