“Very nice hotel. However it is more designed for leisure, vacation travelers and not so much for business travelers. The hotel rooms did not have a desk to sit at, but the hotel did provide plenty of spots to set up. The rooms were VERY clean and modern I would say this was a very “HIP/TRENDY” hotel. There was club music playing in the lobby most of the time. If you are looking for a quiet hotel get away, this may not be it. It also may not be for families. “I’ve not had such great service in a hotel for a long time if not ever. Every request was answered with a joyful yes! The restaurant staff were super efficient and kind and every meal was excellent. The $25/per day food/beverage credit was an excellent way for the staff to get to know you. We may not have eaten at the hotel but happy we did as every meal was incredibly tasty!! The front door staff always had a smile & a welcome back. The front desk folks were very accommodating even giving us a 2:00 pm late check out as we had an evening flight back to Canada. “I had a casual business meeting with colleagues at the W. The valet attendants were courteous and friendly even though I pulled in with a nearly 20 year old car that has seen better days. The lobby and bar lounge were very well kept and beautifully arranged. There was more than enough seating available. The only thing I wish was better was the service coming from the bar. We sat at one of the tables not far from the bar. They must have been short staffed because it must have been 10+ minutes before someone came over to take our order.
