“An Unforgettable 20-Day Stay at W Hotel After spending 20 incredible days at the W Hotel, I can confidently say this was far more than just a stay, it was a complete experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s vibrant energy, striking design, and attention to detail set the tone for something truly special. The property itself perfectly blends modern luxury with a bold, stylish personality. Every space feels thoughtfully curated—whether you’re relaxing in your room or enjoying the lively atmosphere throughout the hotel, there’s a seamless sense of comfort and sophistication. “We had a suite which was a great size with amazing views of the city and sea. It had a great vanity/ changing area. Everyone that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Negatives were… the air conditioning in our room was loud, the windows through out the building were so dirty, the hallways smelled like cheap cleaning products, the elevators were hot, and the location isn’t the best.” — la sh

“We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday at the W. Paul checked us in expertly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The suite exceeded our expectations, and the hotel’s central location was ideal. The pool offered stunning views. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet that was truly enjoyable. The only improvement I suggest is adding an omelet station. Carlos was our attentive waiter during breakfast, and he was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was an incredible experience.” — Leandra de Labastida
