Before we even stepped into the room, the team had already gone above and beyond to make the occasion special. Waiting for me was a thoughtful surprise: pastries, a bottle of champagne, and even a framed photo of my dog. It was such a personal touch and immediately made me feel welcomed and celebrated. “What a gorgeous, elegant hotel. If you’re familiar with the W brand, you will know they’re known for their “quirkiness” which this hotel follows but in an Italian way. The moment you enter, a lively palette of colour across the chairs, carpets, and furnishings sets the tone, enhanced by the gracious presence of attentive staff ready to assist. We were quickly checked into our room and surprised with an upgrade to a suite. The colour theme throughout the hotel is apparent, with marble skirting boards and carpet on the walls.
