The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the concierge team (Diana, Sole, Alex) went above and beyond to make every part of this trip smooth and enjoyable. After only a brief chat, their recommendations were so in tune with my vibe. I was impressed with a bottle of champagne chilling in my room upon arrival, and this attention to detail truly made a difference. “Stayed for a work trip and all the food they served during our group events was really good! We had an issue during check-in but it was resolved with an upgraded room. Clean & spacious with great views of the beach and the city. Lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. Gorgeous beach and pool. Fitness center was nice too. “Stayed for 8 days in April: Far too few transats for the size of the hotel / number of guests. The pool area was constantly full. At one point, I was alone with my three young children, including a 6-month-old baby, and had to stand for four hours while trying to watch my 3yo in the water. Quite unacceptable for such a prestigious hotel. Another big downside was housekeeping. I would call to request cleaning while leaving the room, and most of the time no one showed up. Even when they did come, they left dirty room service trays on the balcony for three days, with birds pecking at the leftover” — Cécile
