“Fantastic hotel right at the end of a ski slope in Verbier Medran. So you can ski back down. The gondola is about 50m from the ski room, so perfect to start from. The rooms are very beautiful with a very comfortable bed, big balcony and lots of closet space. The bathroom very well equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. Toilet behind a separate door. Only thing that could be improved was that the bathroom had almost no privacy because of the way it was connected to the bedroom. “We stayed two nights in a Mega Family room with our two small kids (tight fit). Without question, the location is unbeatable, the design and the view are amazing, and the building is spotless. The pool/spa area is a gem! The service - especially the ski concierge - is outstanding, I would definitely return. What we didn't exactly like: There is not much benefit for Bonvoy Elite members. Our NUAs got declined, and there is no choice of amenity or F&B voucher as a welcome gift; points are the only option. Housekeeping didn't bother to refill the coffee creamer; it had to be requested.
