“Our first time in Cabo and first time at a Waldorf Astoria. We had a wonderful stay here. From guacamole and beer every afternoon to before bed treats every night. The service was above and beyond. We had the best dinners at Don Manuel’s and El Farallon. Definitely recommend El Farallon if you want an unforgettable experience having a Michelin level meal at the cliff. The coffee at the cafe was on the pricier side but it’s such good coffee and worth every penny. The 85 degrees private pools were definitely a marvelous add. “We had such mixed reactions to the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal but overall ended up really loving it and not wanting to leave due to the beautiful, seclusive resort and exceptional service. We were disappointed by some of the negative quirks though - the pools were cold, the lighting controls in the rooms were very confusing, there were some mosquitoes in the room, the TVs were outdated, the bed wasn't super comfortable, etc. Also, the breakfast is so weird because the included continental is really good and the add-on buffet is disappointing. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Everyone is warm, professional, and genuinely makes us feel welcome.
