“This was a stay of ups and downs. For each down they did recover but I also don't want to pretend their weren't issues. We were tired from a day of travel and got there an hour and 40 mins before check in. So we decided to wait and hope for the room early which was a possible perk. We ended up checking in 45 minutes after checkin because of issues they were having. This was after we saw multiple couples arrive after us and get checked in well before us.
