“Checked in at 430 at The Yacht Club. Checked baggage at 430, had an engagement at 6:30. It’s now 7:00, still no luggage after THREE inquiries, and we still have yet to change for our engagement.For the price this level of disservice is appalling. Update : Experience ruined our first night as the grotesque delay in luggage delivery made us miss dinner which was planned previously. Seriously, I had to place three inquiries?? At $1047 a night I expected replacement clothes 20 minutes after I called. They offered comps but who cares? The evening was destroyed due to their insouciance. I have staye” — pb48711
