We live in the Caribbean and have already stayed three times in the last year and a half — it’s one of the very few places we return to again and again. The staff is overwhelmingly kind, the service is exceptional, the beach is beautiful, and the entire resort is incredibly relaxing and a perfect spot to unwind. “The staff and experience was exceptional. My family and I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet that was included with my Diamond status. There are two pools, one adult only and one family pool. Zemi also offers free Sun Bum sunscreen and bottled water for the pools and beach loungers. There were enough cabanas and beach loungers for everyone to get their pick. The rooms were cleaned each day by house keeping and they also offered turndown service at night. I enjoyed the Thai Spa, although a bit expensive, it was worth it. “We are a family of five with two babies under 18 months old and a young boy, and we recently stayed in a two-bedroom villa at Zemi Beach House. The location is outstanding. The villas are spacious, well-equipped, feature a good-sized private pool, and you can literally walk from your porch directly onto the beach. It is hard to beat. The food was generally very good, with a nice variety of options and extremely pleasant staff. However, dining service was often slow. When traveling with young children eager to eat, waiting 45–50 minutes for food can be challenging. Beach service was even slower” — andre dias
