“Stunning Property, Terrible Service ​While Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is visually beautiful and well-maintained, the management and customer service are incredibly frustrating and fall far below Hilton standards. 1. ​Uncomfortable Dining: The dining areas have no AC or ceiling fans. Unless there is a natural breeze, you will sweat through your meals. ​Restricted Beach Access: Direct beach gates lock at 6:00 PM. If you want a night walk by the ocean, you are forced into a 500-meter detour out the main gate. ​2.
