“This is one of my favorite hotels we’ve ever booked! The location was PERFECT! Close walk to Pikes Place Market, both stadiums and the water front! “We stayed at Hotel 1000 to celebrate our anniversary and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “So many great things to say about this place, from the moment you arrive you're treated incredibly well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they even upgraded my room on arrival. I only stayed two nights but will be back any time I come to Seattle. When we checked out Arthur dropped us off right at our cruise ship free of charge and the entire drive he was sharing so much wonderful history on the city. “TL;DR: the hotel was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and the location is great. But the service and communication was far from 5-star. Stayed here for 3 nights while we were getting our apartment ready. On our first night, while taking a shower, the electricity in the bathroom was out for no reason (not using hair dryer or anything), the espresso maker was also faulty with error light blinking. Notified the front desk the next morning. Upon return, the bathroom electricity issue was fixed, but the coffee maker was still faulty and no one offered any solution.
