Itameshi

“Itameshi (a take on the Japanese word for "Italian Food") brings together both Italian and Japanese cultures in an array of dishes. The interior of the establishment is minimalist and cool, while being inviting at the same time. I loved the look and how the atmosphere supports the appearance of each dish. To dive into the fusion, I began with their Tuna Carpaccio (thinly sliced tuna with Japanese butter crouton, lemon oil, Sicilian balsamic agrodolce, chives, garlic, and shallots). This was a light dish with tuna that melted on the tongue. I am not a fan of balsamic vinegar due to its sweetnes” — Crash Palace
