“I really enjoyed this omakase experience! There are 14 courses here & the service was exemplary. Chef Tan, Rafael, and the sous chef were a great team. I loved the background as to the region and fish types imported and prepared for each course. Not a huge mackerel fan but the saba was the richest and most delicious app paired w the sweet onions.
