“Pera Bistro was just okay overall. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting, which I appreciated. They also offer hookah and a drink menu that some people may enjoy. The biggest annoyance was the $10 valet parking. Paying $10 just so you don't have to walk a few steps from a nearby parking spot feels excessive. On top of that, a mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which made the overall experience feel even more overpriced. As for the food, the pasta was overcooked.
