“Extreme heat warnings so no one outside and the curb appeal makes it seem closed. We are so glad we opened the door to this cute elegant restaurant. Decor is pleasant and plenty of space to dine, don’t feel like you’re sitting/eating with another group. The food was amazing!!! I had shrimp/clams linguine and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Both meals were cooked to perfection and had an awesome taste. The decor and food give it a 5 BUT our server, Cal, was AWESOME to make Cardinal a 5+ star restaurant.
