“Small Victory - home of Austin's best Martini. You will seriously never have a better Martini, and this is the broad concensus from thousands on people online, including review sites. The ambiance and people are fantastic. It's not loud, the music is low and the vibes are chill. Based on the late 1990's/early 2000's indie/rock music they play, it's safe to say this is a millennial bar. Parking can be challenging since SV is downtown.
