“Cayo Coco was a fabulous place for our 40th anniversary dinner. The drinks and food were delicious and Brianna and Mia provided excellent service. I had the Pan Seared Amberjack and it was my favorite of the night. My husband had the Flank Steak, which was very good. We went all out because it was a special occasion with appetizers of Beef Picadillo Empanadas and Gulf Shrimp Cerviche—both delicious!
