“First time to Carlisle. Pretty restaurant, friendly service, and outstanding food. My son and I shared the Elk tartare, puff pastry bites and both had the coulotte out also known as picanha. The bordelaise sauce and the chimichurri that came complementary were both outstanding with it. I had the Caymus by the glass with dinner and Tokaji for dessert and both were priced very reasonable.
