“Had such a great time at Eckhart Beer Co! The food was honestly delicious. I tried the crispy pork belly, cucumber salad, smoked marinated olives, and the brat, and every single thing was flavorful and well done. The beer flight was also really tasty and a great way to try a variety of their brews. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the brewery tour. It was super interesting getting to learn more about the brewing process and the care they put into everything they make.
