“We visited Glin Thai Bistro for lunch and had a great experience. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were able to get a table without any problem. The restaurant is also conveniently located very close to Fort Greene Park, making it a nice stop before or after a walk in the neighborhood. We started with the Taro Rolls and Gui Chai (Chive Pancake). Both were excellent. The Gui Chai was especially delicious—crispy on the outside, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
