“Our first time here. The two of us did both the omakase and sake pairing. Everything was incredible from start to finish. Each course and each sake was explained and paired beautifully with each bite. Every fish we had were fresh and clean. Even the mackerel, which is usually pretty oily and “fishy”, had no sense of that at all. We both felt what was the star of each sushi course was the rice. Served slightly warm, the rice was perfectly seasoned and firm but lightly formed; it was not a hard ball of rice. The dessert course was a nice ending; extremely unique presentation of an ice cream sand” — Tokyo Cafe
