“We had a solid time at Pascolo Ristorante. Grabbed a last minute reservation off Resy and got a table for the evening which was great when we showed up there was a hour plus wait. We started with some Pinot Grigio it was okay for a house wine. Garlic bread came next, this was the star of the show for the evening. Simple yet bursting with flavor a real hit. I had the pappardelle salsiccia which had a solid white sauce. Noodles are all made in house daily which is nice they were cooked properly. The dish just didn’t pop.
