This place was on our list to visit during our brief stay in CHS, and as luck would have it we were able to walk in, sit at a table for two, and stay a loooong while. We savored expertly prepared cocktails while we snacked on a few items from their Petit Menu (Salade César and Truffle Pomme Frites). For dinner, we enjoyed the Roasted Beet Mélange and a special Poisson du Jour: Red Snapper prepared with local cauliflower, radishes, in a lemon caper reduction with buttered croutons .
