“DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE I want to preface this by saying I have never left a negative review in my 30 years, but this experience warranted one. We had a 10:30 reservation, with the understanding that being late would result in a $100 charge. Despite arriving on time, we were left waiting for roughly 15 minutes before a manager approached us. Instead of a simple check-in, we were met with a series of condescending and poorly communicated questions about our reservation, as if the confusion was somehow ours to solve.
