“Stopped in for a quick glass of wine with my sisters after a lunch cruise at Navy Pier. Host was kinda stuck up and had her nose in the air. She let us know that there were no walk in reservations as they were booked up online. That's understandable, but it's not what you say but how you say it and she was kinda rude. We wanted something cool to drink as it was a warm day though. She informed us there was seating off to the side and we could order at the bar area. No problem.
