“There are wonderful servers, then there are servers who elevate the dining experience into the stratosphere. Nate is one such who now belongs on my (rather short) list of amazing restaurant staff. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, efficient, and it was delightful watching him service his station. And oh, the food! I had the crudo sampler, three types of fish: tuna, yellowtail, and snapper (? Not sure about the snapper) Artistically plated, excruciatingly fresh, and delicate flavors.
