“I understand how this place was Michelin rated back in 2023. This place makes some of the best Neapolitan style pizza in the Chicago area. Cooked in a special domed oven, the charred crust is chewy and soft. Ordered their cavani pizza which had the salty speck with creamy mozzarella and other flavorful meat toppings. The slices were a wonderful start of the meal. But their classic lobster risotto was magnificent. Prepared in a rich and creamy cognac sauce and perfectly cooked lobster, an excellent entree!!!
