“Aesthetics give taqueria in Mexico while the food caters to white American taste buds. Portions are really bad- tacos are not filled with meat and salsa cups aren’t filled completely. The michelada was extremely disappointing and tastes like chipotle sauce was mashed and mixed with lime juice and beer. The Al pastor taco was extremely dry- seemed like the meat had been reheated and cooked until completely dry. Seared fish taco seemed appealing but had zero flavor aside from the toppings.
