“Sapori Trattoria Italiana is an authentic high-quality Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown Collingswood. The menu has a good selection and plenty of specials. I ended up ordering the pappardelle with rabbit. This was a very unique dish and was prepared very well. For an appetizer, I ordered a special cheese dish, which included tomino cheese covered with prosciutto, honey, and dried fig. This tasted excellent and I was able to dip their delicious homemade bread into the cheese. For desert, I really enjoyed the tiramisu. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.
