il Focolare Pizzeria

“Finally made it to Il Focolare. Watching the chef make and cook each pie in the wood fired oven was almost like dinner and a show. Was slightly disappointed the buffalo chicken listed on the website wasnt available however it did say it was a seasonal specialty so I was prepared for the chance it wasn't on the menu still. Ordered the spicy double pepperoni which was very good. I would have preferred a little more cook on the bottom and center but I'm not sure how easy that is to achieve without burning the edges as two slices were black on the crust but not enough to detract from the flavor.
