“We recently moved to Miami and tried Sushi Kong for the first time to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. Javier was our server and he was phenomenal — super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations all night. We got one of their signature trays with a variety of 5-6 rolls plus a few other dishes, and everything was really fresh and delicious. The highlight was the Kong’s Cheese Crack dessert — it was absolutely phenomenal. They even brought it out with a candle and sang happy birthday, which made the night extra special.
