“We had high hopes for Louisiana Bistreaux in Sandy Springs while in town for a family reunion and were hoping to cap off the trip with a fantastic meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience missed the mark. We had a 7:00 PM reservation, but when we arrived, we were told there would still be a 30–40 minute wait. We decided to wait at the bar, and I will say the bartender was fantastic. After about 30 minutes, we checked back on our table and were told they had been “looking for us,” even though we were right there at the bar.
