“My first experience at Siam Thai in Flushing was a great experience. For my meal, I ordered the pad kee mao with beef, which had a strong tangy flavor that left a lasting impression in my mouth. The beef wasn’t as flavorful but it helped balance out the dish. I also tried the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. The rice had a smokiness flavor to it that I don’t usually taste in traditional fried rice.
