My wife and I spent our 3rd anniversary at Halls over the weekend, and the customer service was unmatched. A lady named Delby helped me by arranging to have champagne waiting for my wife on the table when we arrived. She also allowed me to bring a bouquet of flowers and a vase for my wife as well.
