“ETARU is absolutely stunning. The whole experience from the setting to the food really stands out, especially being right on the beach. The sushi was pretty good overall. The yellowtail was a favorite and the salmon was really fresh and flavorful. The tuna was the only thing I did not love, but everything else was on point. The buffet was also a great addition and had a lot of solid options. Valet was easy which made getting in and out smooth.
